The kit includes a Bulkhead Fitting and Suction Tube, machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. The Bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return and features a 5/8” Suction Tube along with a ½” Fuel Return Port. This improved Suction Tube version allows users to plumb their FASS return line directly to the bulkhead fitting, eliminating the need for cutting the filler neck and significantly speeding up the installation process. The pickup tube, fabricated out of PTFE Teflon, is easily cut to adapt to different depths of fuel tanks. Properly installed, the System can safely operate down to about 1/8 tank of fuel.

FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) effectively and significantly reduces the sound levels of the Signature Series FASS Diesel Fuel System to a “whisper” while increasing fuel flow rates. Performance Radius Cuts (PRC), an advanced machining technique, enhance fuel flow by creating smooth cuts within the aluminum housing, preventing the reintroduction of air and vapor back into the fuel. Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology continually polishes the fuel by maintaining a positive pressure, ensuring the cleanest fuel possible. The system also incorporates Bolt-On Bracket Mounts for easy installation, utilizing the Ford Super Duty factory bed bolt for superior support and strength.
