The kit includes a Bulkhead Fitting and Suction Tube, machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. The Bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return and features a 5/8” Suction Tube along with a ½” Fuel Return Port. This new and improved version from the previous Suction Tube allows the user to plumb their FASS return line directly to the bulkhead fitting, eliminating the need for cutting the filler neck and significantly expediting the installation process. The pickup tube is fabricated out of PTFE Teflon, easily cut to adapt to different depths of fuel tanks. Properly installed, the System can safely operate down to about 1/8 tank of fuel.

FASS Whisper Technology (FST) is a result of over two and a half years of development and testing, meeting the demands of today’s quiet diesel engines. It drastically reduces the sound levels of the Signature Series FASS Diesel Fuel System to a “whisper” while simultaneously increasing fuel flow rates. Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) employ advanced machining techniques to improve fuel flow, preventing the reintroduction of air and vapor back into the fuel. Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology continually polishes the fuel by maintaining a positive pressure, ensuring the cleanest fuel possible. The system also incorporates Bolt-On Bracket Mounts, enhancing the installation process with new brackets that utilize the Ford Super Duty factory bed bolt for superior support and strength.

For extreme cold weather operations, optional Electric Heater Ports are available, and the system provides the option for a Fuel Pressure Gauge Port.
