The FASS Fuel Systems Diesel Fuel Sump With Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit (STK5500) is engineered for universal applications, compatible with Ford Powerstroke, GM Duramax, and Dodge Cummins vehicles.

While sump kits are not a new concept, FASS Fuel Systems sought to enhance existing sumps to cater to everyday drivers, especially when combined with our Titanium Signature Series diesel Systems. These sump kits lower the suction point, consolidating all fuel from the tank to a central location to optimize fuel utilization.

This package includes both our No Drop Sump Kit and Bulkhead Suction Tube Kit, ensuring all components remain inside the fuel tank and draw fuel from the sump bowl without the need for external fuel lines.

Our No Drop Sump kits are uniquely designed for installation without removing the factory fuel tank, making installation quick and straightforward even for novice mechanics.

Featuring a fuel line port on the outside wall, our sumps decrease installation difficulty when combined with our FASS fuel System product line. When paired with our Bulkhead Suction Tube Kit, fuel can be drawn from inside the tank, effectively addressing common issues encountered by Dodge Cummins owners.

Crafted from high-quality materials, including 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, our FASS Fuel Systems Bulkhead Fitting and Convoluted Suction Tube are designed to serve as both a suction point and a fuel return port for your FASS Titanium Series System. The convoluted tube extracts fuel from inside the factory fuel module or sump bowl.
