The FASS Adjustable Diesel Fuel Pump is engineered to offer unparalleled versatility and high performance, catering specifically to the demands of Ford Powerstroke applications. Utilizing the same motor as the Titanium Series pumps, this adjustable fuel pump boasts a flow rate of 220 gallons per hour (GPH) and allows for customizable fuel pressure ranging from 1 to 55 PSI, making it ideal for race or competition diesel engines. To ensure optimal performance, FASS has integrated a boost compensation port into the design, enabling the pump to maintain consistent fuel pressure even under full throttle conditions, when air pressure from the intake manifold raises fuel pressures.
Included in this kit is the FASS Bulkheading and Suction Tube kit (STK-1002), featuring components machined from high-quality 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. The bulkhead fitting serves both as a suction tube and return, equipped with a 5/8ʺ Suction Tube and a ½ʺ Fuel Return Port. This updated version of the Suction Tube Kit streamlines installation by allowing direct plumbing of the FASS return line to the bulkhead fitting, eliminating the need for cutting the filler neck and significantly reducing installation time. The pickup tube, fabricated from PTFE Teflon, can be easily adapted to accommodate varying fuel tank depths. With proper installation, the system enables safe operation down to approximately 1/8 tank of fuel.
Key features of the 6.7L PowerStroke Adjustable High Performance Lift Pump include its adjustable fuel pressure range, high flow rate of 220 GPH, and the inclusion of the Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit. The pump also features a boost compensation port and built-in fuel pressure gauge port to maximize control and efficiency. Additionally, all necessary mounting hardware is provided for easy installation. It's important to note that this is a fuel pump only and must be used in conjunction with the factory fuel filter. Adjustments to fuel pressure should only be made if a fuel pressure gauge has been installed.
