Our FASS Fuel Systems Signature Series Adjustable Diesel Fuel Systems have been engineered to embody unparalleled versatility and high-performance, catering to the adjustable fuel pressure needs of Ford Powerstroke 6.7L applications demanding top-notch performance. Crafted with the same motor found in our Titanium Series Systems, this adjustable fuel system boasts a rating of 240 gallons of diesel fuel per hour and provides adjustable fuel pressure ranging from 1-75 PSI. This exceptional customization feature enables users to fine-tune fuel delivery for race or competition diesel engines. To ensure optimal performance, we've integrated a boost compensation port that adjusts fuel pressures based on air pressure from your intake manifold, maintaining consistent fuel pressure under full-throttle conditions when it matters most.
This kit includes a Bulkhead and Suction Tube machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. The Bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return and features a 5/8″ Suction Tube along with a 1/2″ Fuel Return Port. This upgraded version of our previous Suction Tube allows users to plumb their FASS return line directly to the bulkhead fitting, eliminating the need for cutting the filler neck and significantly expediting the installation process. The pickup tube is fabricated from PTFE Teflon, making it easy to cut and adapt to different depths of fuel tanks. When installed correctly, you can safely operate down to about 1/8 tank of fuel.
