Send your diesel components to South Central Diesel for inspection, testing, and repair. Follow the instructions below and submit the required service information form to ensure your parts are processed quickly and accurately.

How the Service Process Works

1. Complete the Service Information Form
You may complete the form online below, or download the service information sheet and include it in the box when sending parts for service.


2. Prepare Your Components for Shipping
Ensure all components are properly packaged and protected to prevent damage during transit.


3. Drain All Fluids
All components must be completely drained of fuel, oil, and other fluids before shipping.

4. Ship Your Components to South Central Diesel
Include visibly your name and any additional information in your package so our technicians can identify your parts and begin the inspection process.

5. Evaluation
Once received, we will contact you based on your preferred contact method to let you know we received it.
