Our FASS Fuel Systems Signature Series Adjustable Diesel Fuel Systems are meticulously crafted to stand out as the most versatile high-performance fuel system in the market, tailored to meet the adjustable fuel pressure demands of high-performance Ford Powerstroke 6.7L applications. Utilizing the same motor found in our Titanium Series Systems, this adjustable fuel system boasts a rating of 240 gallons of diesel fuel per hour and provides adjustable fuel pressure ranging from 1-75 PSI. This unique customization feature allows for personalized fuel delivery adjustments for race or competition diesel engines. To enhance overall performance, we have integrated a boost compensation port that adjusts fuel pressures based on air pressure from your intake manifold, ensuring consistent fuel pressure under full-throttle conditions when it matters most.

This kit includes a Bulkhead Fitting and Suction Tube machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. The bulkhead fitting serves as both a suction tube and return and features a 5/8″ Suction Tube along with a 1/2″ Fuel Return Port. This enhanced version of our previous Suction Tube allows users to plumb their FASS return line directly to the bulkhead fitting, eliminating the need for cutting the filler neck and significantly expediting the installation process. The pickup tube is fabricated from PTFE Teflon, which can be easily cut to adapt to different depths of fuel tanks. When installed correctly, you can safely operate down to about 1/8 tank of fuel.
